Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases through Warmpi.com. We keep them clear and practical.Product information and prices
We show product information, prices, availability and options as clearly as possible. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes may be corrected.
Ordering and payment
Orders are paid through Stripe. Available payment methods may differ by country, including cards, PayPal and local payment methods.
Delivery
Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. After payment, the order is processed and usually shipped with DHL to the address provided.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers can request a return or withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be complete, clean and carefully packed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless Warmpi delivered the wrong or a defective item. We refund within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, but may wait until we receive the product or proof of shipment.

Warranty and safe use
Warmpi products are covered by statutory conformity and the stated warranty. Always use electrical heating products according to the manual, with the correct cable, power bank or adapter.
Liability
Warmpi is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, modifications, unsuitable accessories or use contrary to the manual.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to purchases through Warmpi.com, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
