Returns and warranty

Need help with a return or warranty request? Keep your order confirmation and contact Warmpi so the order can be found quickly.

Start a return

Contact Warmpi within 14 days after receiving the product and include your order email address, product name and reason for return. Regular return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless Warmpi delivered the wrong or a defective item.

Product condition

Please keep the product complete, clean and safely packed while your request is being reviewed. We review your request and help with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are handled through the original Stripe payment method within 14 days after your return notice. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of shipment.

Warranty

Warmpi products include a 2-year warranty for manufacturing and product defects. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use is not covered. For a warranty request, please send your order number or invoice number, a short description of the issue and clear photos.
